Since 2016, the successful musical series "Disney in Concert" has been enchanting fans with these legendary soundtracks. In celebration of the 2023 anniversary year, this upcoming edition of the magnificent concert series dedicates itself to a journey across the finest music from 100 years of Disney history.
The shows combine legendary film scenes with live performances of the most celebrated and beloved Disney music from over 100 years of film history. Star soloists join forces with the dazzling Hollywood Sound Orchestra to create unforgettable moments in this multimedia live experience, celebrating 100 years of adventure, 100 years of emotions, and 100 years of Disney music magic.

Refunds and Exchanges for 'Disney 100 - The Concert'
Disney 100 - The Concert operates under a strict no refunds and exchanges policy, however, at Disney Tickets, we do though understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we will attempt, where possible, to assist you in resolving any concerns prior to a scheduled performance. All cases will be assessed based upon individual circumstances and no refund or exchanges can be guaranteed.
You MUST contact us with any concerns prior to your booked show, as once a performance has passed we are unable to make any form of amendment to a booking.

Receiving your 'Disney 100 - The Concert' tickets
Dispatch of tickets may vary between venues and is dependent on whether they are mail order or print at home tickets.
Tickets for The O2 Arena will be available via the Venue app only.
Most tickets will be dispatched approximately 14 days before the performance.
If you have not received your tickets 48 hours prior to the performance please call our Guest Services team on 0800 640 8101.
Change of address: Please note we cannot update a delivery address once it is within 3 weeks of your chosen performance.
O2 Arena London - Venue App
As part of the booking process for the O2 Arena you must confirm that you agree to the Mobile ID Ticket Method, this means you must download the app in advance in order to receive your tickets. Tickets cannot be emailed or cannot be printed. Mobile ID Tickets ensure the best possible experience for bookers.
Your tickets have are built with a dynamic barcode that changes every 59 seconds, meaning tickets can’t be copied or shared illegally. You will be able to access your tickets via The O2 venue app meaning you can store and access them easily, and share them with friends and family attending the show with you.

What age is 'Disney 100 - The Concert' suitable for?
The show is suitable for all ages - venue age restrictions apply.
All guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Each Venue may have different entry/ age restrictions, please see the below.
Ovo Hydro, Glasgow
All children must have a valid ticket for an event, with the exception of ‘babes in arms’ (under 12 months) who may sit on a parent/guardian’s knee, unless otherwise stated by the event promoter.
First Direct Arena, Leeds
We request that no children under 14 come unaccompanied and we also advise that no under 14s go on the floor for standing floor shows. Generally, children's shows allow babes in arms up to 23 months however some shows specifically targeted at younger audiences require a ticket for anyone attending the performance. Please check the relevant show's event page for event-specific details.
M&S Bank Arena, Liverpool
There are no age restrictions to any shows, unless requested by the visiting artist, children under the age of 14 are only permitted into the venue with an accompanying adult.
Generally children shows allow babes in arms up to 23 months however some shows specifically targeted at younger audiences require a ticket for anyone attending the performance. Please check the relevant show's event page for event specific details.

O2 Arena, London
All children (including infants) need a Ticket to enter the event unless otherwise specified on the event details page. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over within The O2 arena. Children aged 16 and under cannot enter standing areas.
Manchester AO Arena
There are no age restrictions to any shows, however we request that no children under 14 come unaccompanied and no under 14’s are allowed on the floor, unless otherwise stated on the ticket.

Birmingham World Resorts Arena
Under 14 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue.
(i.e. 14yrs and over can come into the building on their own with a valid ticket).
Cardiff International Arena
Generally children aged 14 or under must be accompanied by an adult when attending a concert. Some events have further age restrictions. It’s worth checking with the venue at the time of your booking if you are concerned.
Bournemouth International Centre
There is no age restriction unless the event is advertised as unsuitable for certain ages, such as an X-rated comedian show.
All children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult (ratio 1 adult to supervise a maximum of 10 children)
Children of 14 years and over do not require an accompanying adult.
Children under 2 will not be admitted to a performance unless it is identified as a children's show.
No tickets need to be purchased for children under 2 unless they intend to occupy a seat separately from the adult accompanying them. However, we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to direct patrons to remove a child under their supervision from a performance where the child is causing disturbance or annoyance to other patrons or performers.
