Featuring the Sherman Brothers' classic Grammy Award-winning music with further songs by A.A. Milne, this beautiful fresh stage adaptation is told with stunning life-sized puppetry through the eyes of the characters we all know and love, in a new story from the Hundred Acre Wood.
This production is created by renowned family entertainment creator Jonathan Rockefeller, and made by Rockefeller Productions alongside Disney Theatrical Productions.

If you need to contact us about being unable to attend a show today, please call the Guest Services Helpline on 0800 640 8101, lines are open 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm.
If I cannot attend a future performance what do I do?

When contacting us with relation to an on-the-day performance, please bear in mind that, as per our ticketing terms and conditions (found here at: www.disneytickets.co.uk/terms) Refunds and Exchanges may only be made at least 48 hours prior to a booked Performance time.
At Disney Tickets, we do though understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we will make an effort, where possible, to assist you in resolving any concerns prior to a scheduled performance.
You MUST contact us with any concerns prior to your booked show, as once a performance has passed we are unable refund or exchange tickets. Contact made to us regarding the inability to attend a show, after the booked date, is classed as a ‘missed performance’

What is a ‘Missed Performance’?
A ‘Missed Performance’ is any performance that a Guest has been unable to attend. A Performance is considered ‘missed’ as soon as the Curtain is raised for the start of the performance. If you miss the beginning or a show due to late arrival, or have to leave before the Show’s Curtain Call, this will also be classed as a missed performance.
What do I do if I have missed a performance?
Please contact our Guest Services team via Phone, email or chat. In most circumstances when a performance is missed there is little we are able to do so it is always best to contact us in advance if you're unable to attend.

It is recommended to check with the Venue directly what entry requirements may be in place.
Will there be security at the theatre?
There is CCTV Filming throughout the building. This is used to keep our customers, building and staff safe. For some performances, Riverside Studios will provide a cloakroom service. The cloakroom is located in our atrium, and may require a charge for usage, depending on the show.

Family tickets
A limited number of Family Tickets may be available on select seats and priced at £104 for 4 tickets. There will be limited availability of these tickets and once sold out standard tickets will be available to purchase.

Are there facilities for people with visual impairments?
Audio description in theatre is a live verbal commentary on the visual elements of a production, delivered as a performance unfolds, through a discreet headset.
Riverside Studios welcomes assistance dogs, including guide dogs for the blind and visually impaired, medical assistance dogs, and emotional support dogs. Dogs must be professionally trained to behave appropriately within the performance space. Dogs can either accompany you to your seat, or venue staff will willingly look after your dog while you enjoy the event.
What age is Winnie the Pooh suitable for?
Suitable for all ages. All guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of two can attend the show without a ticket if they sit on a parent or guardian's lap throughout the performance.
