This is a screening of the film alongside a live Orchestra, please note that it is not a theatrical production.
Approximate running time is 3 hours and 10 minutes, including a 25-minute interval.

However, at Disney Tickets, we do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we will try, if possible, to assist you in resolving any concerns prior to a scheduled performance.

When contacting us with relation to an on-the-day performance, please bear in mind that, as per our ticketing terms and conditions (found here at: www.disneytickets.co.uk/terms) Refunds, and Ticket/Guest Credit Exchanges may only be made at least 24 hours prior to a booked Performance time.
At Disney Tickets, we do though understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we will make an effort, where possible, to assist you in resolving any concerns prior to a scheduled performance.
You MUST contact us with any concerns prior to your booked show, as once a performance has passed we are unable refund or exchange tickets. Contact made to us regarding the inability to attend a show, after the booked date, is classed as a ‘missed performance’

What is a ‘Missed Performance’?
A ‘Missed Performance’ is any performance that a Guest has been unable to attend. A Performance is considered ‘missed’ as soon as the Curtain is raised for the start of the performance. If you miss the beginning or a show due to late arrival, or have to leave before the Show’s Curtain Call, this will also be classed as a missed performance.
Buying your AVATAR Tickets
Tickets are available from https://www.disneytickets.co.uk/avatar-in-concert-tickets.
Tickets purchased via the 'BOOK TICKETS' link are placed directly with Disney Tickets.
Disney Tickets Order IDs are 7-digit, alphanumeric, usually starting with TDXXXXX.
We usually take events with postal tickets off sale 14 days in advance of the concert, to allow enough time for ticket dispatch; after this point, the link on our website will be amended to 'BOOK WITH VENUE'. Any tickets purchased following this, will be made directly with The Royal Albert Hall, and you would need to contact them if you require support.
Receiving your AVATAR Order Confirmation email
Order Confirmation emails are sent within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please ensure that you check your inbox and junk mail folder as they can sometimes be filtered in error. If you've not received your confirmation email within 30 minutes please get in touch with our Guest Services team using the links on the bottom of this page.

Receiving your AVATAR Tickets
Tickets for AVATAR are postal tickets, there is a £3.85 postal fee per order. Ticket dispatch will begin approximately 6 weeks before the concert, and approximately every 2 weeks thereafter.
Tickets can be dispatched up until 14 days before the performance, although actual delivery times via post may vary. If you have not received your tickets 48 hours prior to the performance please call our Guest Services team on 0800 640 8101.
Accessibility for AVATAR
Access tickets are available direct from the venue, who have a dedicated team with specialised knowledge of the Royal Albert Hall.

What age is AVATAR suitable for?
This film is classified 12A.
All guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
The film will feature full original dialogue, which will also be subtitled.
Do you have cloakroom/storage facilities?
The Royal Albert Hall cloakroom is only available prior to a main auditorium event and you can leave your belongings in our cloakroom if you wish, at a cost of £1 per item. In order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all our customers, The Royal Albert Hall has a one bag policy. Any additional bags or bags larger than allowed, must be checked into the cloakroom at £1 per item.
