What is a Booking Fee?
This fee helps to cover the costs involved in the setup and selling of tickets as there are a number of elements that happen in the background - this could be website costs/staffing costs/ payment and card processing fees etc. This is the part that we as a ticket agent retain from your ticket cost.
What is a Transaction Fee?
Otherwise known as an 'order processing fee' covers the handling and processing of the tickets, this is usually applied on events where your tickets are available as a Mobile ID in a venue app.
This is usually one fee for the whole order, rather than per ticket.
