If your complaint is about your experience in a theatre or arena, and is not related to the shows production, it should be sent to the venue directly as Disney Tickets do not manage this experience.
You can find out about the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. At present, we do not use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) including through the ODR platform as a means of settling consumer complaints.
