Mobile tickets: these will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to the performance time, these can then be downloaded on your phone or added to their mobile wallet. You'll then scan your barcode at the theatre, so there's no need to print your ticket. E-Tickets: these will be emailed to the Guest who made the booking (to the email address provided on booking), and will be sent on booking or 24 hours prior to the performance time, so you'll have this readily available in your inbox. Physical Tickets: postage fees are £2.00 per booking with tickets sent Royal Mail 1st Class. Posted tickets will be with your approximately 7 – 10 days after booking. All envelopes are franked from LW Theatres Head Office with the return address printed on the front of the envelope.
Please choose your delivery method carefully, as you'll be unable to change this after your tickets have been purchased.
