Can I exchange my tickets?
If you need to change your booking to another date, please email email@example.com or call Frozen Guest Services on 0800 640 8100. Agents are available from 10am to 7pm, Monday to Sunday. An Exchange Fee of £3 per ticket will apply.
Exchanges are only possible up until 48 hours prior your scheduled performance.
Magical Monday and other Promotional Offers cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Is there a way to re-sell my tickets if I cannot attend or exchange?
Yes, if you've purchased your tickets via LW Theatres/Frozen Guest Services and cannot attend, you can put your tickets up for re-sale via LW Theatres. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tickets are not guaranteed to be re-sold.
What if I purchased Booking Protection as part of my order?
It is possible to add refund protection at the point of purchase from our partner Booking Protect. By adding refund protection, you or anybody in your party will be able to claim back a full refund should you be unable to attend the booked event due to reasons outside of your control.
