Some Disney on Ice Venues still send tickets by post, please be aware that they may not arrive until 48 hours before your performance. If you’ve still not received your tickets by this date, please get in touch so we can help you.
Change of address: Please note we cannot update a delivery address once it is within 3 weeks of your chosen performance.
Mobile Tickets for the O2 Arena, London or the OVO Arena, Wembley, will be available to you prior to your visit. Mobile tickets should be available in the app within 14 days of your chosen performance.
If you have not received your print at home or e-tickets 7 days prior to the performance, contact Guest Services via the links below.
If you have a Hotmail/Live/MSN/Outlook email address, please read this article as you may need to amend your email settings before our team resend them to you.
For box office collections, please collect your tickets in person at the venue's ticket office up to 30 minutes prior to the event. This is the same address where the event will take place. Please note that some venues do not generate the tickets earlier than the date of the event.
In order to pick up your tickets, you may be required to present:
- A valid photo ID, driver's license or passport.
- The credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
- Your booking reference number.
