You will find a payment due date on your invoice, and the Group Sales team will also send you a reminder when payment is almost due.
If payment has not been received by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and your seats will be released for public sale.
Please note that BACS transfers can take up to 5 working days to appear on our statement, so we always recommend sending remittance so that seats are not cancelled when payment is on its way.
