One of Hollywood’s most beloved romantic stories of all time is now coming to the West End! Pretty Woman: The Musical features direction and choreography by two-time Tony Award® winner Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde, Hairspray), an original score by Grammy® winner Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance (“Summer of ’69”, “Heaven”) and a book by the movie’s legendary director Garry Marshall and screenwriter J.F. Lawton. Pretty Woman The Musical, based on the original movie produced by Touchstone Pictures, is produced in London by Ambassador Theatre Group Productions, Paula Wagner, Nice Productions, and LPO.

Tuesday to Saturday at 7:30pm
Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday at 2:30pm

We have a strict no refunds or exchanges policy, however, at Disney Tickets, we do understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, we will try, where possible, to assist you in resolving any concerns prior to a scheduled performance.
You MUST contact us with any concerns prior to your booked show, as once a performance has passed we are unable to make any amendments to bookings.

Entry Requirements
Ambassador Theatre Group recommend that all visitors wear a face covering whilst visiting their venues in England. When seated in the auditorium, you may remove your face covering whilst you enjoy food and drink.
For your comfort and safety, venue staff will wear face coverings, but please be mindful that some colleagues may be unable to do so.

Buying your Pretty Woman Tickets
Ticket prices for Pretty Woman vary by performance, and start from £22.50. You can check prices for a specific performance by visiting Disney Tickets.
Receiving your Pretty Woman Tickets
You can print your tickets at home or show them on a device. They will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your scheduled performance.
If you have not received your tickets within 10 days prior to the performance, contact guest services via the links below. Alternatively you can contact the box office on the day of the performance to have tickets printed.
Due to COVID-19, the Venues are requesting that Guests only collect from the box office if they have no other alternative. If you're collecting your tickets for Beauty and the Beast in person, please do so at the Venue Box Office at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Tickets can only be collected on the day of your performance.
In order to pick up your tickets, you may be required to present:
- A valid photo ID, driver's license or passport.
- The credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
- Your booking reference number.

What age is Pretty Woman suitable for?
As an advisory to adults who might bring young people, Pretty Woman is recommended for ages 12 and up (contains curse words and moderate sexual references). Children under the age of 5 will not be admitted into the theatre. All persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult and may not sit on their own within the auditorium. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Cloakroom facilities are available for coats and umbrellas, but the Savoy Theatre are unable to accept large bags and luggage.
