Set in a secret location, 'Guardians of the Galaxy: the Live Immersive Experience' opens up the doors to an evening of suspense and spectacle beyond any film-lover’s imagination. Dressed as part of the cast, you can choose to blend right in with the crowd or take centre stage as your reality blurs with that of the story
Whilst the show is the pinnacle of your experience, the story begins before you arrive. An online invitation will be sent closer to the show date with a login to a dedicated website. Here you gain access to a previously unexplored part of the story as well as details of the secret location, your bespoke identity, mission and the encouraged dress code for the evening.
Turn imagination into vivid memories as you leave your distractions at the door. All phones are sealed to ensure you experience the world through your own eyes, and not your screen. Whether you choose to be swept up in missions or simply explore the intricate, iconic locations as the action unfolds around you, no two shows are the same. Expect an evening filled with action, dance and plenty of surprises, as a film classic is brought to life in front of your eyes.
Refunds and Exchanges for Guardians of the Galaxy
All tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable except, subject to the terms and conditions, on cancellation of the Event by the Event Provider. In extenuating circumstances we may be able to assist in rescheduling your ticket to another date and session that has not already sold out but this is not guaranteed.
If Government restrictions or recommendations result in the cancellation or delay of the event, we will endeavour to reschedule your ticket. If we cannot reschedule your ticket to another date and session that hasn’t already sold out, we will issue you with a refund. This must be exercised within 2 weeks after the cancelled event.
All tickets are non-exchangeable. However, we recognise that sometimes, events are outside of your control. Please contact our us via the links below if you require assistance. All tickets are subject to availability, and amendments cannot be made to bookings once a booking date/time has passed.
Visitors are no longer required to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test to attend the Event. To mitigate the risks associated with Covid-19, visitors experiencing symptoms associated with Covid-19 or who have tested positive for Covid-19 are asked not to attend and to contact us before the Event.
Receiving your tickets
You can print your tickets at home or show them on a device. They will be emailed to you 14 days prior to your scheduled performance.
If you have not received your tickets within 10 days prior to the performance, contact guest services via the links below. Alternatively you can contact the box office on the day of the performance to have tickets printed.
You will be sent an exclusive link to register with Secret cinema in advance of your scheduled experience date. This is an essential requirement and it is here that you will find details of the Venue and experience. We advise guests to keep an eye on their junk mail folder for this information.
Is the experience Accessible?
Secret Cinema aim to make their events as accessible as possible, therefore, they are able to accommodate wheelchair and mobility scooter users at the experience. There is an 8 minute walk from the Meeting Point to the Event entrance and you can expect to be on your feet for 3 hours whilst you explore the Secret World. To guarantee the best possible experience, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before booking and outline any access requirements you have.
Blue Badge holders, Freedom Pass holders, and PIP/DLA recipients are entitled to a free carer ticket which can only be booked directly via email to email@example.com.
What age is 'Guardians of the Galaxy; the Live Immersive Experience' for?
All guests attending non-matinee shows must be at least 18 years old. A Think 25 Policy will be in operation at the experience and guests will be required to show a valid photo ID in order to gain access to the experience. Accepted forms of identification:
- UK/International Passport
- UK/International Driving License
- PASS Scheme Card
Do you need to go in character/costume?
Everyone is encouraged to dress for the event. You will be given exclusive access to a secret website that will prepare you for the evening, giving you all the information you need. After registering, you’ll be given a bespoke character to dress as. This is your chance to get creative and express yourself!
We actively encourage all guests to follow the dress-code. An event website will be made available closer to the event which will include your character and costume suggestions, alongside an array of clothing and accessories available to buy, helping you create your individual Guardians look.
Can I take photos/videos?
Please be aware that whilst you will keep your phones, but they will need to remain in a special bag that will be provided to you. We want your crew to truly immerse themselves without any distractions, and make sure their experience is seen and not screened. Please have a debit or credit card available to purchase food and drink, as all vendors are cashless.
